Tesla jumped to an early lead in the US luxury car race in 2022 with the most registrations in January in the country.According to data released by Experian, Tesla saw a rise of 49 per cent over January 2021 with 37,162 registrations in January.BMW came in second with 30,563, representing an 8.2 per cent rise in year over year registrations.Rounding out the top three was Lexus with 24,843, a 5.5 per cent decrease since last year.
